10 days ‘till Halloween!
These witches used to be out next to the Phantom Manor stairs near the exit (the ones you need to go up if you need to use the disability entrance). Originally they wore pink, but after the Pink Witches got axed they changed the pink to orange.
I think there was 3 of them out there up to last year. This year they were left wherever they decided to leave all their Frontierland = Halloweenland decor, together with 99% of the things they generally have out and about there :(
